Doug Williams, PA-C, the certified physician assistant, provides for expansion of the professional capabilities within the Group. Doug is trained and certified in a wide variety of medical responsibilities including (but not limited to): skin cancer, prevention and surgical treatment, removal of skin growths, and treatment of acne, rashes, and allergies. Doug is also highly skilled in laser treatment, photorejuvination, chemical peels, dermal fillers, and botox for the treatment of facial blood vessels, wrinkles, brown spots, sun damage, and skin irregularities. He has also developed an expertise in treatment of leg veins by sclerotherapy. Doug also assists Dr. Bradley Kurgis in
Mohs surgery and hair restoration procedures.

Doug, PA-C, graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. After graduation Mr. Williams returned to California where he grew up and obtained special training in dermatology and selected this as his field of emphasis. He recently finished a masterís degree in advanced dermatology physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the American Academy
of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.


Kelli Van Housen is a Registered Nurse who graduated from San Jose State University School of Nursing in 1993 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kelli has worked
in many areas of nursing including: Family Practice, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Industrial Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Triage, Telephone Advice, Surgery, Cardiology and Dermatology. For the past 3 years Kelli
has focused on skin care, training and certification for botox and dermal filler injections, as well as various
laser treatments and light therapies.

Kelli is trained and certified in the Fotofacial Intense Pulsed Light with Radio Frequency (IPL with RF) treatments, skin tightening (Refirme), permanent hair reduction, Diolite 532 laser treatments, Photodynamic therapy and Cosmedix chirally correct skin care line and various skin peels. Kelli is also trained in Permanent Hair Reduction and focuses
on hair removal of the facial area as well as axiliary and bikini areas.


Kelly McKenna has taken extensive courses in her Aeshetics career, always focusing on the latest treatments for skin rejuvenation, rosacea, melasma, cystic acne, hyper-pigmentation and photo damage. She has been professionally trained and certified in various medical procedures and treatments including: medical micro- dermabrasion, Solitone LumiLift Micro-Currents and LumiFacial Light Therapy.

Kelly also specializes in Chemical Peels including: lactic, glycolic, Jessner, TCA and Obagi Blue Peel. She has had
in depth training in Cosmedix Medical Skin Care, Cosmedix Chirally Correct Chemical Peels and Jane Iredale
mineral make-up.

She has been working in dermatology for the past 4 years. Prior to dermatology she worked in the plastic surgery field and was also trained as a make-up artist. Kelly graduated from San Luis Beauty College in 1995.
